All processing happens locally on your computer’s hard drive. Once you download the software, it does not require an active internet connection to transcribe your speech.

The only time the application connects to the internet is during the initial setup and license verification. The software briefly communicates with our secure licensing providers to validate your one-time purchase. During this check, it transmits basic verification data—such as your license key and standard device information—to ensure the software is authentic and to prevent piracy. It does not transmit your dictation data.
